Vacation: Day one
(better late than never, eh?)
We drove to Louisville to stay for the night ('cause it was half-wayish) The hotel was a nightmare, BUT, I found Ray's Monkey House and Kid Cafe They had fantastic fair trade, roasted to perfection coffee *and* all of the baked goods were vegan!
After a soy latte and vegan banana chocolate chip muffin, we drove to Asheville.
